Utility Advisory Committee
The Utility Advisory Committee purpose is to make recommendations to the municipal
officers regarding such utility-related policy matters as the town officers deem
appropriate relating to the town’s sanitary sewer policies and ordinances; regarding
utility rates, rate structures and other charges made to sanitary sewer utility customers;
and make recommendations relative to the planning for and financing of sanitary sewer
utility capital facilities, improvements, repairs and reserves, review budgets and
forecasts, consider replacement options, evaluate funding sources.
