December Minutes:
Rob moves for approval, Stacey seconds, all in favor
Long Range Planning:
2022 specific tasks (already completed)
● Develop parking area
● Inspect and redeck bridge
● Remove cabin
● Clear majority of waterfall trail
2023 specific tasks:
● Spring
○ Complete trail to the waterfall
○ Source cedar or hemlock trees for rough benches near the old cabin
○ Reach out to KES
● Summer
○ Weedwhack/brush existing trail
■ Family Trail Work Day (grant application submitted)
○ Replace gate – dig holes for sign at the same time
○ Install Kiosk
○ Signage/Kiosk
■ Basic map of property with waterfall trail, mission statement, guidelines
and uses
● Fall
○ Lay out potential future trails to be cleared
○ Remove fish gate at pond outlet to be done when tractor is there for other tasks
○ Info on town website – mission, maps, guidelines and uses, request to be
respectful of road especially during mud season
● Winter
○ Assess and possibly remove tanks/metals from the old cabin
Annually:
● Spring:
○ Road assessment and maintenance
○ Road raking
○ Evaluate impact of mud season on roads
○ Trail Work
● Summer:
○ Monitor canoes and boats
○ Observe usage and document any challenges (littering, prohibited uses, etc.)

○ Workshop sessions
○ Grant Applications

● Walk and maintain boundaries (due in 2025)
● Assess and reflect upon school and community use
Five Years:
● Review and work on management plan
● Review forestry work needs/desires

due to insurance and liability.
