      Review bid award recommendation letter from Wright/Pierce
  2. Review first draft of PTO policy.
  3. Review letter form auditor on recent audit
  4. Review appointments to Budget Committee
  5. Enter Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)C Discuss labor or personnel matters –  Code Enforcement/Plumbing position.

Update on TIF Funds

Community Resilience workshop – Monday 13th at 5:30pm

  • Kingfield Quad Runners to be in attendance February 21st meeting to request permanent access to the section of Rt 27 for the ATV trail.
  • Bill Gilmore to be in attendance to discuss signs/moratoriums at upcoming meeting.
